The KPARE foundation was developed by Nadia and James Daggett along with other partners in the field of renewable energy in April 2009 to conduct reliable wind and solar research. During the process of installing wind systems throughout the Kenai Peninsula, the co-founders discovered a lack of correlated data in this field and a lot of speculation. Further, they joined to form the KPARE foundation in belief of this growing industry with accurate and reliable information gathering throughout many years and correlating this information for future development. To carry out the mission, KPARE continues to provide and gather funding to support local renewable energy projects and research that will supply a cleaner and a more responsible clean energy future for all our independent Alaskans.
